1. buy
When you have finished shopping and want to go to the checkout, press "TO THE CHECKOUT".
There you fill in information about delivery address etc. You must be 18 years old to order.

2. Prices
Prices include VAT at 25%. If the VAT rate changes, we reserve the right to change our prices accordingly. For reservations regarding prices, see point 10 of this document.

3. payment methods
Card payment, wee handle card payments in collaboration with Payson AB. We follow the Distance Selling Act and when making a card payment, the purchase amount is reserved on your card/bank account. Your card/account will be charged when the delivery is confirmed. We do not store any card details and all handling of card information is handled via secure SSL encryption, as well as by the banks' latest security technology 3D Secure - you can feel completely safe when you shop with cards with us at Slöjdmaterial.se

4. shipping services
You will receive a notice in your mailbox/text message and you will pick up your package at the post office.

5. Delivery time
* Normal delivery time is, 7 days after we have received your order, provided that the product is in stock.

6. Right of withdrawal, Returns
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have a statutory right of withdrawal that gives you 14 days to return the goods from the day you received them. Before returning the goods, we would like you to contact us at info@slojmaterial.com. Once we have received the goods, inspected them and established that they are not damaged, we will refund the value of the goods. You will have to pay the shipping costs for the return and therefore cannot return
the item against cash on delivery. Returns must be made in unbroken original packaging and the product must be returned unused and undamaged.

7. complaints,
All goods and packages that leave us are inspected. If there is still something wrong with the goods, we want you to contact us immediately at info@slojmaterial.com. You will then receive instructions on how to make a correct notification. If the fault is ours, we will of course undertake to rectify the fault free of charge. Visible defect: Must be reported directly to the post office upon receipt of the goods. Hidden defects: Must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods.

8. Refund
You will receive a confirmation by e-mail or phone regarding your refund when we have received and approved your return. We will refund your money using the same payment option you chose when you made the purchase. Normal refund time is 1-3 working days.

9. Delivery to an address outside Sweden
Deliveries outside Sweden are subject to different shipping costs. Depending on different shipments.

10. Reservation
We reserve the right to any printing errors and price changes. Should we accidentally have the wrong price on our website, we have the right to charge the price we consider to be the correct one. Color deviations may occur for technical reasons.

11. Other
Swedish law applies to this agreement. By sending the order to us, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.

12. Protection of personal data
In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business only for the purpose of fulfilling and providing the service you expect from us. According to the PUL (Personal Data Act), you have the right to receive the information we have registered on you and if you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. In this case, please contact our customer service (preferably by e-mail info@slojmaterial.com). We also assure you that we will not sell or transfer any personal data (see our privacy policy).

In 2018, the PUL will be replaced by the GDPR, which are new data protection rules that apply throughout the EU. As we do not disclose data to third parties, this does not directly differ from the PUL in terms of the processing of your information or our relationship with you as a customer.
