Terms of purchase

1. Buy
When you have finished shopping and want to go to the checkout, press "TO THE CHECKOUT".
There you fill in the details of the delivery address etc. You must be 18 years old to order.

2. Prices
Prices include 25% VAT. If the VAT rate changes, we reserve the right to change our prices accordingly. Reservations regarding prices, see point 10 of this document.

3. Payment methods
Card payment, vi handles card payments in cooperation with Payson AB. We comply with the Distance Selling Act and when making a card payment, the purchase price is reserved on your card/bank account. Your card/account will be charged when the delivery is confirmed. 4. Shipping services
You will receive a notification in your mailbox/text message and collect your parcel at the post office.

5. Delivery time
Normal delivery time is, 7 days after we have received your order, provided that the product is in stock.

6. Right of withdrawal, return
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have a statutory right of withdrawal that gives you 14 days to return the goods from the day you received them. Before you return the product, we would like you to contact us at Once we have received the item back, inspected it and found it to be undamaged, we will refund the value of the item. You will have to pay the shipping costs for the return and therefore cannot return
the goods against cash on delivery. Returns must be made in unbroken original packaging and the product must be returned unused and undamaged.

7. Complaints,
All goods and packages leaving us are inspected. Should there still be a fault with the goods, we would like you to contact us immediately at You will then receive instructions on how to make a proper complaint. If the fault is ours, we will of course undertake to rectify the fault free of charge. Visible defect: must be reported directly to the post office upon receipt of the goods. Hidden defects: must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods.

8. Refund
You will receive a confirmation by email or telephone regarding your refund once we have received and accepted your return. We will refund your money using the same payment option that you chose when you made the purchase. Normal refund time is 1-3 working days.

9. Delivery to address outside Sweden
Deliveries outside Sweden are subject to other shipping costs. Depending on different shipments.

10. Reservation
We reserve the right to make printing errors and price changes. Should we accidentally have an incorrect price on our website, we have the right to charge the price that we consider to be the correct one. Colour deviations may occur for technical reasons.

11. Miscellaneous
Swedish law applies to this agreement. By sending the order to us you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

12. Protection of personal data
When registering and ordering, you agree that we store and use your data in our business only for the purpose of completing and providing the service that you expect from us. According to the PUL (Personal Data Act), you have the right to receive the information that we have recorded on you and if you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. In 2018, the PUL will be replaced by the GDPR, which are new data protection rules that apply throughout the EU. As we do not disclose data to third parties, this does not directly differ from the PUL in terms of the processing of your information or our relationship with you as a customer.
